Statesville Roofing & Building Restoration is pleased to announce their approval as a Licensed Applicator for Neogard® Coating Systems. NEOGARD products have been specified and used on prestigious projects around the world by leading architects, engineers and consultants for over 50 years. Their line of coating systems protects buildings through vehicular and pedestrian traffic coatings, protective roof coatings, seamless flooring coatings and elastomeric wall coatings.
Statesville Roofing & Building Restoration will apply these coatings to parking garages, traffic bearing deck areas, and concrete walls. The thickness and elasticity of these coatings provide long-lasting protection. “As Licensed Applicators, we will be able to provide 5-year Joint and Several Warranties,” said Bruce Stoerkel, Vice President of Building Restoration at Statesville. “This is very important to the engineering community,” he added.
To become one of a handful of approved applicators in the Carolinas, the Company completed 5 installations of Neogard, which were analyzed for quality by the Arizona State University Department Of Engineering.
